If you have a managed hosting plan but not a white glove service plan and need additional development, customizations, site administrator, we do charge an hourly rate of $150 for the time we put into custom request and additional development, API’s, etc. This may include research time, vendor outreach, third party outreach, determining best route moving forward, fixes to any arising issues, updates, etc.
We only provide web development services to websites hosted on our platform (Starting $30.00+ per month plus $150 an hour to migrate your site over to our site drag & drop editor platform). If you have a website that was not developed by ZatroX Studio but want to host with us, we may be unable to provide updates and additions or guarantee quality & performance. (We’ll let you know before moving over to our platform).

You can visit your domain by completing the Transfer Domain Form on our page. It requires the Epp Code/ Auth Code from your existing domain provider (Emailed by your old provider at your request). Transferring your domain over with us not only extends your domain registration by 1 year but you get it for FREE when combined with our cloud hosting services.
There’s many ways to transfer and existing site. All our hosting packages come with the ZatroX Site Admin Panel as well as cPanel, the most use and trusted server management tool. You can begin the transfer process through cPanel from cPanel or you can email us at [email protected] to get support from our migration team.
Login to your domain registrar. Visit DNS Settings > Update Name Servers > Add/Edit custom name servers. Enter at least two name servers to connect to your hosting. Then wait till the DNS propagates around the world, can take up to 24-48 hours.
Easy! Log into your account and then click Support at the top and click “Open New Ticket”. A support team member will reach out shortly.
